› Monotile products are fireproof and non-flammable Class Zero guaranteed

A material is defined as fireproof if it is resistant to fire or if it has properties, thanks to which greatly reduce or greatly delay burning.

A material can be completely fireproof, i.e. completely non-flammable, in this case it is defined as "fire resistant class 0"; or partially fireproof, in this case it is defined as partially fire resistant class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – the higher the class number the more easier it can catch fire. Many materials, particularly non-flammable materials, undergo fireproofing measures, which reduces their fire resistant class.

The use of fireproof substances and fireproofing measures considerably reduces the risk of fire starting or increases the time required for the fire to spread.

The TecniKa panels are made of natural raw materials which meet the requirements for the "Class 0 Fire reaction Class" according to the UNI ISO/DIS 1182:1995. The absence of organic stuffs, makes the TecniKa panels totally incombustible, fireproof and in conformity with the fire regulations prescription.
