› Why choose a raised floor? There are a number of advantages by installing a raised floor, first of all the possibility of obtaining space directly under the floor for piping, cables or all types and electrical plant. Tecnika can be laid quickly as it does not require building work, the panels can be removed simply and quickly if maintenance work needs to be done on the plant or if the room layout needs to be reorganized. The installation of a raised floor gives better thermal and acoustic insulation as it separates the impact level from the structure of the building. |
